Property Description

Casa Antiga is a typical Algarvian detached house with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, Large lounge, Dining-Kitchen, Swimming-pool, Pergola, Barbecue. Situated in the village of Branqueira Albufeira 1.5kms from Montechoro, Areias Sao Joao (Albufeira New Town & 2.8kms from Albufeira Old town, both with a vast array of shops, bars restaurants & entertainment.The village of Branqueira has 2 local Portuguese restaurants & bars,a small supermarket,drogeria, fishmongers. Horse riding centre 800mtrs away. There are two 9 hole golf courses at Balaia & Pine Cliffs within close proximity of the house, and a further 6 top class courses at Vilamoura 15 mins drive away.

Large lounge with Digital TV (Freeview channels only) DVD,VCR,Stereo system. The are a selection of DVD's Videos, CD's and books for our guests.

All costs below are on a per week basis unless stated.

PLEASE NOTE prices are for 6 persons sharing, extra persons above 6 will be charged pro rata per person according to season and date of travel.

PLEASE NOTE:The house can be rented for 2 persons from 1/11/08 to 28/3/09 for £160 per week. Heating is included (Electric radiators) but there is an electricity heating allowance on units burned,please enquire for details.

Sand Sculpture Park (Feisa 2008) situated between Pera & Algoz. Open May till. October. This is a must visit,a thoroughly enjoyable day out.Open daily approx 10am to Midnight.

Other Information

PLEASE NOTE THE ABOVE RENTAL PRICES ARE BASED ON 6 PERSONS SHARING, EXTRA PERSONS ABOVE 6 WILL BE CHARGED PRO RATA PER PERSON ACCORDING TO SEASON & DATE OF TRAVEL. £20 per person deposit is required,(Minimum deposit £120) balance due 8 weeks prior to departure, also payable with the final balance is a £200 security deposit which is fully refundable if no damage is reported by our manager and is posted to your home address within 7 days of departure.
Accommodation is available from 3PM on day of arrival and must be vacated by 11AM on day of departure.
Cleaning, Towels, & Bed Linen is changed weekly.
PART AIRCON is available in the lounge, bedrooms 1 & 4. There is also a portable unit to use elsewhere. This facility is charged at an extra cost and if required must be pre-booked. PLEASE NOTE: Air-con is included in the rental cost for dates 28/6/08 to 30/8/08.
Change-over days: Midweek/Sat/Sun up to a departure date of 28/6/08, after this date & until 30/8/08 change-over day is SATURDAY ONLY.
