The V3 with pool are 200 sq metres villas with 3 bedrooms and private pool. Area Description

Cleaning:
Daily cleaning service except on Sundays and bank holidays; change of linen once a week; change of towels twice a week.

Cancellation Policy:
* Cancellations 14 days or less before arrival date: 25% charge of the total stay
* Cancellations 7 days or less before arrival date: 50% charge of the total stay
* No-Show Charge: 100% of the stay.

Minimum stays:
From 1 April to 29 June = 4 nights
From 30 June to 21 September = 7 nights with arrival and departures on Saturdays only
From 22 September to 31 October = 4 nights
