Area Description

The ?Cherry Villa? is situated in Mon Choisy along the North West coast of Mauritius. There is only a 5 minutes walk to the beautiful, public beach, within close proximity to restaurants, shops, coralia and PLM Azure hotels, blue submarine diving centre, Mauritius commercial bank, cafeterias, taxi rank and bus stops. The apartment is situated within a quiet and pleasant surrounding, away from street noise and traffic. The big shopping complex and beach of GBay is 10 minutes by bus afar and within 30 minutes bus ride for you to get to the main city of Port Louis. The airport transfer is 40 Euro each way and 50 Euro for a group of more than 3 people. A lot of tourists are interested in the botanical gardens of pample mousses and the sugar mill [aventure du sucre], which are close by.

Daily trips/tours: These can be booked preferably in advance or on arrival at cherry villa. You can visit places of interests throughout the island. There are trips on catamaran, boat trips and all sea sports and recreational activities are available on both Mon Choisy and G.Bay beaches. All these are organised through a fully licensed tour operator. Shopping trips to 3 major towns, daily programmes to various parts of the island. Cruises to the surrounding islands, on catamarans, organised fishing trips, spend the morning with dolphins, snorkelling on the reefs, enjoy Mauritian meals and superb wine and drinks on board, trips on submarine, the Nessee and many programmes to make your holidays memorable and exciting.

Sports: Tennis courts and golf courses nearby can be accessible at an extra cost. Other activities include water skiing, para sailing and many other water sports.

Golf: There are golf courses within 5 minutes walk of cherry villa. Please inform us well in advance if you are interested .
