Casa Gentili has the opportunity of being let with Casa Rosa (the annex) providing additional rooms for a further 6 people- the perfect base for larger groups.

The property includes a 12m pool with extensive patio for lounging, orchard and Grand Terrace with beautiful views over the surrounding countryside. There is also large portico ideal for dining out.
A BBQ is provided for guests and the property also has internet access.

Prices include all towels, pool towels and linens, and a welcome basket. Cleaning is included in the price.

Area Description

Casa Gentili is in the small hamlet of Colle San Polo, 1 km from the village of Caprese Michelangelo, birthplace of the famous artist. Caprese has a range of facilities including tennis courts, restaurants, local shop, butcher, chemist, banks and post office.

At the weekends during June, July and August guests can enjoy 'Dancing under the Stars', a free night of dancing at the local bar.

Caprese is a short drive from the National Park and La Verna, Sansepolcro and the stunning hilltop town of Anghiari. It also provides the ideal base for visiting the Tuscan gems of Florence and Siena.
