Property Description

Tuscanbase, Nozzano, summer rental

Accommodation on two floors of a very characteristic 'town' house in the middle of the medieval fortified village of Nozzano Castello. Situated only 10 mins from the historic city of Lucca and within easy reach of Florence, Viareggio coast and Pisa. Fully furnished and equipped for every need.

Living Area

Large and sunny living area, with large screen SKY TV. Stereo, books, games, DVD's provided. Double sofa-bed.

Kitchen Facilities

Newly fitted galley kitchen, ample cutlery, utensils and appliances provided. Fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, Gas hob, electric oven, dishwasher.

Outside

Small cottage garden, providing cool and shaded area for dining, reading and relaxing outside. BBQ, garden furniture provided. Sunnier area towards the back of the garden.

Suitability

Suitable for families and young children. Suitable for those who wish to explore Tuscany and surrounding areas. Easy reach of motorway, day trips to Florence, Pisa, Sienna etc.

Local Activities

During June, July and August there is a public olympic sized swimming pool with slides, loungers and cafe, just a couple of minutes drive from the house.
Excellent restaurant, serving fresh fish and meat dishes, Pizza (also take away), just a couple minutes walk from the house.
Walking along the Serchio fluviale, (riverside), pretty and picturesque, takes you all the way to Lucca (7 km)
