Property Description

The baglio (a typically Sicilian building with a number of different dwellings built around a courtyard) is located in a triangle between Trapani, Erice and S. Vito Lo Capo in Buseto Palizzolo close to some important archelogical sites like: Segesta, Selinunte, Erice, Mozia e la Via del Sale, Marsala, Mazara del Vallo, Castellammare del Golfo, and important beach areas like San Vito lo Capo e Riserva dello Zingaro, the Egadi Islands, Favignana, Levenzo and Marettimo.

"A' Nica" which dates back to the end of the 19th century is an old rustic-style building, which has been recently renovated, but still has all the original features.
Downstairs-a kitchen, dining room, living area with a double sofa bed.
Upstairs-a double bedroom and bathroom.
Outside - a private courtyard with BBQ, deck chairs and umbrella, a quiet place to relax.
A Nica has been tastefully decorated and includes airconditioning, satellite TV, internet access, hairdryer, breakfast facilities (toaster and kettle) and linen.
15 minutes from the beach, tennis courts, restaurants, hiking tracks are only 100 metres away. Two bicycles are also provided so you can enjoy the Sicilian countryside.
