Property Description

APARTMENTS: apartments may be situated either on the ground or 1st floor each with veranda/balcony. All are well furnished with care, and equipped with sat/TV, air conditioning. cooking facilities with an oven and are available in the following type:
BILO 4 (37 sq mt): lounge with double sofa bed , double bedroom, bathroom and cooking facilities. Cot is provided as an extra.
FACILITIES: reception, bar club house, coin-op laundrette, sunbathing area, equipped swimming pool (limited loungers and reclining chairs), kids games area, five aside football ground, shared BBQ.
The closest village (Tanaunella, 150-600 mt) offers a selection of shops and services.
COMFORT CARD: compulsory from 12/06 to 11/09), includes: ?BEACH SET? available to each apartment for the duration of the stay (1 beach umbrella, 2 beach mats, 2 beach towels), ?WELCOME BREAKFAST? (the package includes: jam, nutella, milk, tea, coffee, 1 bottle of water, crisp bread and biscuits), ?SPORTS? (included swimming pool use), ?COURTESY KIT? (bathroom necessary items); excursions and car hire bookings (payable extras).

COMPULSORY CHARGES
WEEKLY SERVICE CHARGES: ? 40,00 per person, per week; infants 0/3 yoa free of charge; kids 3/12 yoa ? 20,00. Charge includes: electricity, water, gas, bathroom and bedroom linen.
FINAL CLEANING: B4 ? 50,00. Kitchen must left clean by customers to avoid ?. 50,00 penalty.

DAMAGE SECURITY DEPOSIT: ? 150, refundable at check-out assuming no damage has been caused and kitchen is left clean. In case of out of hours check-outs, deposit will be refunded by bank transfer.

BEACH SET: 22/05 - 12/06 and 11/09 - 25/10 Euro 20.00 per apartment.

Area Description

RESORT: The Bouganvillage Residence, is situated about 40 km from Olbia (Airport and Ferry Port), in the village of Tanaunella, 2 km from the centre of the busy and well known resort Budoni. The resort comprises of 35 apartments located in pretty stone and pastel coloured buildings around the swimming pool, sunbathing area and colourful bouganvillea gardens. From this fantastic location it is easy to reach some of the best beaches in Sardinia, just a few minutes drive away are: Porto Ainu, Posada, Budoni and Bidderosa. For more active holidaymakers, there are plenty of places of natural, archeological and cultural interest in the area, as well as restaurants, bars and nightlife.
