Property Description

we do offer 2 different kind of accomodations:

* two-roomed apartments 30 sq mt (from 2to maximum 4 people). A really comfortable and modern accommodation really close to Lido di San Giovanni beach.
The 2 beds apartment has a room with double bed a spacious kitchen/sitting room and a nice bathroom.

*The 4 people apartment (minimum 4 maximum 6 people) has two separate bed rooms, one with a double bed and one with a bunk be and one with two single beds, a comfortable kitchen/sitting room and the bathroom.
(this appartment can host maximun 6 adults.)
Its a really nice apartment for family or group of friends who want to enjoy a relaxing, full of comforts holiday.
Both apartments have a spacious terrace with table and chairs.

The shopping area and the famous medieval walled city are really close.
The apartment is located in the wonderful "Barcellona promenade";
both apartments options are located in the very same building and are justs 50mtrs walk from the sandy beaches of the Riviera del Corallo.

- On arrival, the amount owiing is to be paid in cash. We are sorry, we cannot accept cheques or credit cars
- Please confirm by email yow arrival time, in oder to organise the keys
- Check in time is at 16:00, check out is at 10:00
- Please note that beach towels and umbrellas are also included in the rental price

The rates shown do NOT include: a compulsory fee of ?45 for the final cleaning of the apartment, to be paid at check in time.
Please note that arrival and check in after 22 hrs is possible on request only and needs to be reconifirmed at the time of reservation.
