South of Italy, Cape Santa Maria di Leuca, Lecce.
The villa can host ten people and it is perfect for two families or a group of friends. It is composed by two independent apartments:
- One for six people, with big living room with dining area, kitchen, 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms;
- One for four people, with living and kitchen, 2 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms;
The apartments can be rented both separately and jointly, weekly from Saturday to Saturday

Area Description

The villa is at one km from the first village and from the beach. We are three km from Santa Maria di Leuca, the Southern cape of our Region.
The villa is very calm and sorrounded by a big garden. You will be sorrounded by the nature and by the sea you will not hear neighbours. The villa is sorrounded by big terrases equipped for barbecue
and for your relax.
On one side of the cape of Santa Maria di Leuca you will have rocks and on the other side white sand beaches. In Santa Maria di Leuca you can also rent boats or joining guided tours for visiting the caves.
The beauty of our coast is its diversity, from bay to bay. You will also visit charming villages where you will taste the local cuisine.
