Outside
The flat is located within a landscaped area, with a stream to the rear adjoining the shared picnic area. Situated directly adjacent to the local trekking route leading to the beautiful mountain hamlet of Rif and beyond.

Golf
Pragelato offers a 9 holes golf course, Val Troncea a pitch and put, while Sestriere has an 18 holes golf course.

Skiing
The flat is within walking distance of the Pragelato slopes and the cross country ring. With a short drive to Val Troncea you can access the Via Lattea.

Pragelato offers many activities throughout the seasons, from skiing during the Winter, that being cross country, downhill or ski jumping, and many trekking opportunities during the Summer.

Travel
1 hour drive from Turin Airport. 2 hours from Malpensa Airport.

Distances
The flat is within the village of Pragelato. You can drive to Sestriere in 20 minutes, or to France in about an hour. Drive to Torino in one hour.

Further details
There are many local restaurants and Pizzeria. There is also a local farmers market every Sunday morning as well as local shops for your shopping needs. The area offers year round activities including a variety of summer sports.

Booking notes
Please email me for booking, rates and availability. We require a 15% deposit at the time of booking and the balance 7 days before the holiday starts. On arrival, the keys can be collected at Rondanina Immobiliare in Pragelato. On departure, keys have to be dropped at Rondanina Immobiliare by 11am. It shall be a condition of any rental that the tenant shall be liable in respect of any damage to the property including all furniture, fixtures and fittings occurring during the period of their stay.
