Property Description

Your beautiful two bedroomed, well appointed self-catering apartment is situated upstairs in our 17th century farmhouse & sleeps up to 6 guests. Lovingly restored in a charming rustic manor, cotto tiles, wooden beams & shutters, compliment the modern comforts of central heating & double glazing.

With it's own private entrance via the covered loggia & an area for dining & relaxing outside, you enter the living room with comfy armchair & double sofa bed, satellite TV, DVD, CD player, games & books for your entertainment.

The separate fully-equipped kitchen has an electric oven, four burner gas hob, fridge. freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, cafetierre, plenty of glassware, crockery & cooking utensiles & a dining area. There is a washing machine next door, with airer, iron & ironing board & a weekly use is included. If you require more than one wash a week, a small charge will be made of any additional use. For stays of more than 7 nights, towels & linen are changed at the end of your first week.

Your romantic master bedroom with comfy double bed & luxury bedding has views over Montefalcone & wooden beams & shutters for a peaceful nights sleep. Also included is a safe, hairdryer & dressing gowns. Your bathroom has a shower, wc, wash basin & complimentary toiletries.

Outside there is a terrace for sitting in the sunshine, gazebos for dining & our large garden provides areas for relaxing, reading & BBQing or swimming in the pool (from May - September). There are two mountain bikes available for your use, a boules area & many outdoor games for your entertainment.

We live in the house next door & can be reached easily if you need any help or advice .

The Hideaway is located in a quiet valley in Villa Conti, a peaceful little village between Amandola (6 miles) & Comunanza (2 miles) in Le Marche, Italy.

The attractive spa town of Sarnano is only 15 miles away & we are ideally situated for both the ski resorts at Sassotetto & the beaches of the Adriatic (both within a 40 minute drive).

Our nearby town of Amandola has a beautifully porticoed main square where you can sit outside one of the cafes & enjoy a coffee before wandering up through the old town's cobbled streets to view the stunning Monte Sibillini.

Nothing can be more beautiful, whatever the season, from the crisp snow in the winter to the Sibillini National Park with its carpet of Spring flowers. The sandy beaches of Grottammare & San Benedetto are inviting in the Summer & the Gola dell?Infernaccio makes a stunning Autumn ramble.

The Monti Sibillini National Park covers nearly 2 million acres with some of the highest mountains in the Appennines, (Monte Vettore being the highest at 2,476m). The park offers walks of all levels to some of the most delightful yet least discovered areas in the whole of Italy.
