Property Description

The property is a tipical old Ligurian village-house, stonebuilt ,it has three floors. On the first floor there is a kitchen with a table/4 chairs, beside there is a bathroom(shower, small bathtub,wc, bidet, sink . From the kitchen you can walk out on the terrace, which is about 25 sqm large. From here you have a large view over valley, the Appeninns and the Apuan Alpes and partly the coastline. On the second floor you´ll find two rooms . In the first room(small living room) there is a sofa,which can be turned in a sleeping facility. In the second room there are bunk beds, accomodating 2 people On the last floor ,under the roof, there is a nice little bedroom with a double bed.
Floors are conncted by spiral staircases.
Cabinets are fitted in each room.
Luggages , bikes and big travel items can be stored in the cellar, underneath the kitchen, accessible from outside.abt 10 sqm.

The house has an independent heating system.

The price of 50,00 Euros/day is valid throught the whole year.NO surcharge for peak season.

The house is equipped with gas fire and stove,fridge,hairdryer,toaster,pressing iron+board.washmachine.radio AM/FM.
Sufficient towels/sheets are included.
The terrace is also fitted with sun chairs, umbrellas, regisseur chairs and small table.
In the living room there are some books, english and german language.

Area Description

Vezzano Ligure is a 1000 years old Ligurian village spread out on the top of a beautiful Ligurian hill close to the Mediterranean, away from the coastal villages ' chaos .It has several small squares and a main 'piazza', which are all connected by narrow streets and walking paths and up- and downleading stairways. Most of the village narrow paths are within the pedestrian zone, thus very safe for kids .Facing on the church 'piazza' there are some small shops: a grocery, a butcher`s ,a bar (run by a local friendly family) and a 'tabacchino'.(stamps and cigaretts) Vezzano has also a very nice 'pizzeria' and a small restaurant.
Bigger shopping facilities are located down in the valley, about 3 kms away.Railstation is also 3 kms away.
The village is also connected to the main city of LA SPEZIA by a bus service, about 7-9 rides per day- Only 1 on Sunday.In summer there is also a daily bus to the beach of Marinella, abt 15 kms away.
Beach in Lerici and San Terenzo are 11 kms away.
