Property Description

Casa Rosa is a small development of architect designed new villas located near Cittadella del Capo and Bonifati. It is situated on a peaceful hillside a few minutes away from beautiful beaches. There is a steep climb up a hillside from the beach to the villa which makes for a quiet location but means a car is necessary.

The villa has three double bedrooms and two bathrooms. There is an extra bed settee in the lounge. It sleeps from 2 to 6 adults, and there is a large balcony with superb sea and coastal views. There is a recently-built infinity swimming pool for the exclusive use of the villas.

The villa has a fully-equipped kitchen with gas oven and hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. All linen and bath towels are provided.

There is a BBQ for use on the patio.

Changeover Day is normally Friday or Saturday but can be flexible to meet your needs where possible.
Booking Notes
A 25% deposit is required on booking with balance eight weeks before start of holiday. A refundable deposit of £200 is payable with booking deposit, which will be held against breakages and/or exceptional cleaning costs on departure.
We reserve the right to charge an extra supplement for parties over six people.

This area has many beaches overlooked by beautiful mountains. There are many small historic hill towns to explore. This is the area traditionally chosen by Italians for their Mediterranean beach holidays. There are miles of nearby beaches containing both quieter beaches and small resorts to explore the restaurants, Italian ice-cream, pizzerias etc. There is a 9 hole golf course and tennis at the nearby Grand San Michele Hotel. Airports - Lamezia Terme Airport is 95km away . Naples airport is 4 hours drive away via the A3 motorway. Brindisi and Bari are the other main airports in Southern Italy. Trains - The nearest local station at 3km is Cittadella del Capo with local trains to Naples. The Italian Eurostar stops at Naples and Lamezia from where car hire is available. There are many small towns to explore with weekly markets. The regional capital Cozenza has both a nearby ski resort at Sila and the Aspromonte National Park. A car is necessary. This is a quiet scenic area of Italy.
