Area Description

The village offers 3 pubs and there is access to a beautiful beach from the house. This area is ideal for walkers and artists and the serenity of the area will surely calm your soul. There are many small coves and sandy beaches to explore along the coast and the nearby Slieve League sea cliffs will leave you breathless. The fishing village of Killybegs is 30 minutes away where you can enjoy a deep sea fishing trip or a fresh seafood meal. Inland leads you to the Glenveagh National park. An unspoilt and rugged area.

There are 3 pubs in the village offering traditional music sessions every night during the summer and on Saturday nights outside the summer months. There are 2 restaurants , a laundrette and 4 craft shops, a Catholic and a Protestant Church and a folk museum open for tours in the summer.

There is a playground in the village and a football field and two beaches nearby.

**The drinking water at the property is supplied by the owner as the Spring supplying the area can be problematic. There is a pump for showering though.

**There are no laundry facilities at the property but there is a laundrette in the village, open all year round
