Teillet is a small quiet hamlet perched high above the Viaur Gorge. It is a perfect base for exploring the local area on foot or push bike by many way-marked routes. At the same time it has very easy access to the RN88 which connects the two departmental towns of Rodez to the North and Albi to the south. This means that you can easily reach the many tourist attractions in both the Tarn and the Aveyron. There are lots of unspoilt villages to explore and during summer months numerous fêtes and markets to visit. If you are holidaying with children the adventure park Cap Decouverte is not to be missed and activities such as horseriding, sailing, fishing, canoeing are all easily arranged
