Property Description

The Ivy House is a newly renovated Minervois village house with private pool sleeping 9.
It is set in the heart of the Minervois vineyards in the Languedoc vineyards yet is only 30 minutes to the Med beaches at Narbonne Plage.
The area is awash with restaurants and historic sites such as the walled medieval city of Carcassonne, the Canal du Midi and the Cathar castles (Da Vinci Code).

The house is set over three floors with a small garden and patio area leading onto a 8x4m private pool.

Area Description

The Minervois vineyards are set in the middle of the Aude valley in the Languedoc. The area is served by four Ryanair airports within 90minutes. There are shops, supermarkets and restaurants at 2km in Olonzac the regional capital of the Minervois where there is a weekly market.
The area is surrounded by picturesque medieval villages with plenty of fine wine and dining in the restaurants.

Boat hire is available on the Canal du Midi 5 minutes from the house at Homps.

The med beaches are clean long sweeping sandy beaches with fantastic seafood restaurants
