Property Description

Beaumonde is a large comfortable country house, set in a park of 6 hectares, a swimming pool and a lake. Calm and peaceful.

Cristal --- A large ground floor room with a queen size bed, large bathroom,shower and a bath, walkin robe, a small area with a fridge, tea/coffee making facilities. Television,private terrace.

Perignon -- On the first floor a large room with two double beds,a lounge suite,large bathroom, shower and bath, walkin robe,television.

Sancerre -- First floor room with a double bed, television, bathroom (shower )

Bourgogne -- First floor, twin beds,bathroom with bath, shower over bath,television.
Breakfast is included in the prices and, evening meals are available by reservation 25 euros per person, wine included.

Area Description

Beaumonde is situated 2 hours south of Paris, 3 km from the A77, between La Charité Sur Loire and Nevers. A short drive to the vineyards of Sancerre and Pouilly Sur Loire. Magny Cours, where many car and motor bike races are held throughout the year is a 20 minute drive.
Aprémont Sur Allier ( one of the prettiest villages in France ) with its wonderful floral park is approximately 30km.
