Property Description

Bedrooms: Bedroom 1 with double bed
Bedroom 2 with kings size double and can split into two singles.
Bedroom 3 with 2 singles.
Bedroom 4 single with pull out.
Bathrooms: Bathroom with bath, mixer tap shower, basin and w/c. Separate w/c next to utility room.
Kitchen: Large kitchen/diner which seats 8, cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster.
Utility Room: Large room with sink, washing machine & Tumble drier.
Living Rooms: The lounge is large and looks out over the garden and fields with a leather 3 piece suite comprising of a 3 seater, 2 seater and a recliner chair and a 36 inch TV, DVD, VCR player and hifi. There is a gas fire although there are plenty of radiators.
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service: All linen supplied and changed on change over day and property totally cleaned prior to arrival of new guests, however guests are expected to leave the property clean and tidy. Towels not supplied.

The property is fully central heated, electricity is included in the price.

The garden is fully enclosed and laid to lawn with trees and shrubs, there is a patio area with outdoor furniture to seat six people and spare chairs for additional guests. There is a barbecue supplied free of charge.

Saturday changeover with departure by 10 am and arrival after 3pm.

Area Description

Marden is a four bedroom bungalow situated down a private lane off Puddletown Road, Worgret, near Wareham. The property is very well located for access to all routes and is 5 minutes from Monkey World. 10 minutes from Corfe Castle and Swanage Railway. 20 minutes from Swanage beach and Lulworth Cove and Studland.

Coast/Beach
There is a range of beaches starting with Swanage about 10 Miles. Weymouth 19 Miles. Sandbanks Poole 13 Miles.

Golf
There are several golf courses in the area with the closest being about 2 miles away called East Dorset Golf and country club. The next is about the same distance and is Wareham Golf Club.

Travel
The Use of car/car hire is essential to reach our property. Bournemouth international airport is approx 20 miles away. Poole ferry port is approx 15 miles away. Among the places that are within easy reach are Kimmeridge, East and West Lulworth, Durdle Door, Corfe Castle, Studland, Swanage, Poole, Sandbanks, Bournemouth, Weymouth and Dorchester. They are easily accessible by car. There is a mainline railway station at Wareham and the Sandbanks chainlink ferry at Studland.

Further details
The nearest pub/restaurant is approx ½ mile away in Worgret, There are two supermarkets and a good variety of shops and facilities in nearby Wareham approx 2 miles away. Purbeck has something to offer everyone from sandy beaches, quality golf courses, fishing, horse riding, sailing, swimming, walking, cycling, diving, Swanage Steam Railway, historic sites, museums and fossil hunting. Monkey World, the Bovington Tank Museum, Putlake Adventure Farm and the deserted village at Tyneham are a few examples of the many attractions close by. The Purbecks is ideal if you like to walk or cycle as there are plenty of footpaths and bridleways to enjoy.
