Property Description

This premier accommodation was built in 2005 the 2 bed completely renovated in 2007. The kitchens are fully equipped with full size fridge, freezer, oven, hob, microwave, (dishwasher in 4 bed). On the ground floor is a open plan kitchen, dining area and lounge with LCD, TV and DVD player. On the first floor there is one double and one twin bedroom, both share a modern shower room. The houses are positioned on the popular Atlantic Reach Holiday complex, just 1 mile from the A30 and 8 miles from the centre of Newquay. The complex has a new club house which has 2 bars, restaurant, pool, health spar and a fully equipped gym. In the summer a large outdoor pool and 3rd bar in the original mansion is opened. A high quality health spar is available for the girls, whilst the guys have a hack around the 9 hole on site golf course. Kids are not left out, there is a large children's play area, pool table, tennis courts and cinema room. The availability calendar will shows no bookings.

Bedrooms: 2 Bedroom house.1 double.1 twin.
Bathrooms: Shower room with corner basin.
Kitchen: Kitchen with built in open, hob, fridge, freezer. Microwave, toaster, pots and pans. Everything to allow the preparation of family meals. An on-site launderette is available.
Living Rooms: The lounge is open plan to dining area and kitchen, sofas, LCD TV, DVD player.
Other: I can obtain accommodation for large parties. 2 to 16 can be accommodated. Sorry I do not update the availability calendar as I will almost always be able to get accommodation for your preferred dates. Call or email Clive or Sue.
Cleaning/towels/linen/maid service: Bedlinen supplied but towels are not. No maid services are available.

Contact me for further details on either a 2 bed or 4 houses. Cots and high chairs can be hired at £15 per week per item. Pets are welcome again at a small extra cost. The reception is open 24/7 to help with any issues you may have. During the Summer there is entertainment most nights at the bar. In the Winter the house has full central heating.

The club house and site is fully wheel chair friendly. The 4 bed properties have bedrooms and bathroom are on the first floor, no chair lift is fitted, so is not ideal for those who cannot make stairs.

A deposit of 20% of booking is required with booking. Remaining 80% due 8 weeks prior to departure. Cost includes access to pools for two, bars, tennis. Health treatments, golf are chargeable. If you find identical accommodation on Atlantic Reach complex I will try and beat it.

Great houses, loved being able to sit outside the house on the patio, having a wine, watching the kids having a great time in the park. SG 2010.

Area Description

We purchased this apartment because we loved the holiday site. Atlantic Reach is a great complex with everything needed during a holiday. I am sure like us, you will love the feel of resort.

Outside
Each house has its own patio area with outdoor furniture.
Tennis courts are free. 9 holes on the golf course cost £8.
Health spar treatments are extra, they can be booked online prior to holiday.

Coast/Beach
Newquay and it's world renowned beaches are 8 miles away. Truro is 14 miles. Eden Project 10 miles.

Golf
The 9 hole course is on site. Newquay golf course is 8 miles.

Special interest holidays
Great central position for exploring Cornwall. Only 3 minute drive off the main A30 and 10 minutes from the centre of Newquay. There is a regular bus service to Newquay.

Open May 2010 new indoor childerns play den, for 1 to 6 year olds.
Plus childrens enterainer during peak holiday weeks.

Newquay airport 9 miles, 20 min drive.
Plymouth ferry port 45 miles, 1hour drive.
London 260 miles, 4.5 hour drive.
