Property Description

Gorgeous White Sandy Beach Just Steps From the Front Door.

This is the place to enjoy the laid-back, no-stress atmosphere of island living. New home with central air-conditioning, Beach Lubbers combines all the tranquility of these beautiful islands with the comforts and amenities of a luxury home.

You can fish, swim and snorkel right off your own private dock. Or you can sunbathe on the beach...just steps from the front door. Relaxing comes natural in the hammock with the delightful breezes of the tradewinds.

Property Rental Rates

All costs below are on a per week basis unless stated.

Please note: Prices marked with an * are to be used as a guide only.

6 People maximum occupancy.

No Children Under the Age of 8 Years Old.

No Overnight House Sharing or Dock Sharing

$300 U.S. dollar security deposit to be sent with your final 50% house reservation deposit. Our caretaker will advise us on your departure if there is no damage, and your security deposit will be mailed to you immediately.

Reservations and Cancellations:

Reservations are confirmed upon receiving a 50% deposit. The balance is due in full 60 days prior to arrival date. Cancellations made within the 60 days of your arrival date are non-refundable (except for security deposit) unless alternate guests are booked for that date. If alternate guests are booked, we will refund your reservation in full.

We will refund in full or reschedule your reservations, your option, if there is a Hurricane Warning issued for the Abacos by the National Weather Service (N.O.A.A.) within one week of your arrival date. If you are already at the house and a Hurricane Warning is issued by N.O.A.A., then we will divide the number of nights you have stayed into the weekly rate and only charge you for the nights that you have stayed, and will refund the difference or apply it to another stay (your option).

Last minute reservations are to be paid in full with cashier's check or money order to the Tavernier address below.

We run our weekly rentals from Saturday to Saturday, but are flexible if our schedule permits. We will consider a minimum of a 4 night stay reservation at $450.00 per night for 1-4 people, or $500.00 per night for 5-6 people.
