Property Description

The apartment is fully equipped for a comfortable stay for four people. The double bedroom has full-width mirror-fronted wardrobes and a ceiling fan. The ventilated bathroom has a vanity unit, bath with shower over, w.c and bidet. The kitchen has an oven and four ring hob, 'fridge, kettle, toaster, microwave and plenty of utensils, crockery and cutlery. The dining area has a table and four chairs. The lounge has a double sofa bed and easy chairs, ceiling fan, flat screen TV (some English and sports channels), DVD Player/Recorder, music center, 'swaps' library and a selection of CDs, tapes and DVDs. Full width patio doors open onto the balcony equipped with table and four chairs, parasol and loungers. Facing west, it catches the sun from midday (ish - depending on the time of year) to sunset and looks out over open ground, Amarilla Golf fairways and distant mountains. There is an iron and ironing board should you require them.
Parque Albatros is a low-rise family complex built on a hillside and has a lagoon pool and childrens' pool, tropical gardens with a waterfall, and a friendly poolside bar and restaurant.

Area Description

Parque Albatros is only 15 minutes from the airport by taxi and is a small well maintained friendly complex. You can relax by the pool and enjoy the sundeck or make it a base to explore the island.

There are numerous bars and restaurants within a few minutes walk, some on the ocean front. There are lovely coastal walks and the whole area is safe and free from crime.

Golf del Sur is a small coastal town thoughtfully developed around the PGA golf course of the same name. The town has a village atmosphere and English is spoken or at least understood everywhere.
