This very attractive spacious villa is located in a quiet road in the residential area of Los Mojones within one kilometre of the beaches and the wealth of amenities that Puerto del Carmen has to offer. The accommodation sleeps 6 and offers: spacious, stylishly furnished living room, equipped with Digital TV, DVD and CD player, an archway leads through to the dining room and 3 French doors open out onto the covered patio area overlooking the pool; well equipped kitchen including electric oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, iron, dishwasher and washing machine; 2 twin bedrooms; 1 full bathroom; master double bedroom with French doors opening onto the terrace and an en suite bathroom. Maid service is provided twice weekly.

Area Description
Puerto del Carmen is the busiest resort on the island with a great selection of shops, restaurants and bars. The transfer time from the airport is aproximately 10 minutes. Puerto del Carmen started life as a fishing village and has now grown to be approximately 3klm long stretching from the old town to Matagorda which is closer to the airport. There are 4 areas which are refered to as the old town, new town, Los Pocillos and Matagorda. The old town and new town are busier and hillier where as Los Pocillos and Matagorda are flatter and quieter. The beaches are sandy, there is a small cove in the old town area called Playa Chica and the rest of the beaches are larger separated by smaller rocky areas. Sunbeds and parasols are provided for a charge on the larger beaches and showers can be found in some areas. Shops are duty free and there are plenty of souvenir shops, shops selling electrical goods and clothes shops. A commercial shopping centre can also be found near to the old town.
