Located in a prime yet peaceful location of the popular resort of Playa Blanca, Lanzarote, this south facing bungalow is an ideal base for a wonderfully relaxing holiday. Playa Flamingo beach, shops, bars and restaurants along with the town and harbour are all just a few minutes walk away. The local Spar supermarket is also just a couple of minutes walk away.

Kitchen - with oven and hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster and coffee maker.
Living room - with double easy open sofa bed, 32" LCD TV, Sky satellite receiver, DVD player, CD player, dining room table and 4 chairs with double sliding doors leading out to the patio.
Patio - with 2 sun loungers, table with 4 chairs and covered pergola, barbeque, clothes airer and mature gardens lining the garden path.
A small welcome pack is provided to enable guests to make themselves a drink on arrival. Also a weekly maid cleaning and linen change service is provided.

The Jardin del Sol complex consists of 34 bungalows, 24 of which surround a large Communal Pool (15m x 6m approx / 1m - 1.5m depth) with separate children's pool and benefit from mature gardens and wheelchair access.
Playa Blanca itself lies on the southern tip of Lanzarote and is popular with visitors who enjoy the year round climate along with the gentle breeze off the mountains.
Playa Flamingo beach is just a 5 minute walk away, with promonade fronted cafes and restaurants providing glorious views across to Fuerteventura. The ferry port is also just a 5 minute walk away, which offers guests the opportunity to visit Fuerteventura for the day.
