Property Description

Casa Carisma has two bedrooms (one double and one twin) and 2 bathrooms. It has a well equipped kitchen. dining area and a comfortable lounge with patio doors. This leads on to a large private terrace and garden area with personal access to the pool deck.

The private terrace, with its own loungers and garden furniture has magnificent views towards Fuertventura and is a wonderful setting in which to relax or dine al fresco. There is a barbecue for our guests.

The large kidney shaped solar heated swimming pool is shared with Villa Rulesco and is surrounded by extensive astroturf grounds which guarantees your 'own space' should you choose to relax poolside.


On your arrival you will be provided with a starter pack of groceries and wine so you can start your holiday immediately.

The villa is fully equipped for a fantastic holiday.

Price start form just £395 per week. Casa Carisma is the ideal peaceful location for a relaxing private holiday or a perfect opportunity for a larger party to occupy two villas with a communal pool whilst retaining personal facilities and space

The prices shown are for 2 people. Additional people can be added to your party at a cost of £50 per person per week. The maximum occupancy for Casa Carisma is 4 people.

Area Description

Oasis de Nazaret
The village of Oasis de Nazaret is sufficiently far away from the busy tourist resorts to ensure tranquility. However all resorts are within easy reach - just a few minutes drive.

Nazaret is the home of the famous LagOmar restaurant which is built into the volcanic hillside. It was once owned by Omar Sharif. Here you can experience a superb gourmet dinner, or have a drink at the bar whilst being entertained by live jazz music. The restaurant is within walking distance of the villa.

Costa Teguise Golf Course
The golf course at Costa Teguise is just 5 minutes away. The course itself is one of the most beautiful you will ever experience. With its volcanic landscape that will make you think you are on the moon mixing with the crystal and pure waters letting you see the incomparable sunsets. Definite, an enviable setting where you can discover paradise while playing golf.

The par 72 course was built in 1978 and provides veiws of mountains and ocean at every hole.

Teguise and Beaches
Just a 10 minute drive from Oasis de Nazaret will take you to the nearest coastal resort of Costa Teguise. Famara, with the longest natural beach in Lanzarote, is just 15 minutes away. This is the place to come to is you are a surfer.

Teguise is the old capital of Lanzarote. This sleepy and typical Canarian Town is a home to a wonderful selection of restaurants, gift shops and art galleries. There is also a lively Sunday Market.

Arrecife is the capital of Lanzarote and is just 10 minutes drive away from the villa.
