Property Description

The luxury accommodation,which sleeps up to 8,consists of 4 bedrooms,2 double and 2 twin.
The bedrooms are set on either side of the house thus giving 2 families added privacy.There are 2 bathrooms,one with bath & shower ,the other with Shower.Hair dryers are supplied.
Central to the villa is a large comfortable lounge plus a separate dining room with bar area which overlooks the pool as well as panoramic views of the coastline.There is a well equipped kitchen with electric oven ,gas hob,fridge,washing machine ,dishwasher & microwave.
There is a poolside house for those wishing to shelter from the sun.The heated pool (7x4) is fully equipped with sunloungers and patio furniture, leading down to a lower spacious terrace with barbecue.

The villa is situated in the village of Guime ,10 mins drive from the main resort of Puerto del Carmen and only 5 mins drive from supermarkets, restaurants ,shops and beach.A car is essential and we can give you a list of car hire companies or we can arrange for you .Cars are collected direct from the airport and are very reasonable to hire on the island
