Property Description

This apartment is situated on the outskirts of Corralejo and has an amazing view of the National Park area and beach. Perfect for a relaxing holiday as it is in a quiet gated residential area. It is on the 1st floor and you can sit outside on the patio area or up on its 72 square metre roof terrace. There is a large communal pool and childrens pool which is generally extremely quiet and peaceful. The apartment is a large open plan design. The kitchen is on a mezzanine floor (4 stairs), including table, chairs and a double sofa bed with a privacy curtain to separate from the main living area. A king size bed pulls out from under the kitchen floor. The bathroom has a large walk in shower. In the lounge area the 2 sofas can collapse into large single or small double sofa beds. Ideally this apartment sleeps 4 very comfortably. It is very spacious. The facilities we offer are Oven, Hob, Microwave, Fridge/freezer, Toaster, Washing machine, Iron, Ironing board, 32" Widescreen TV, DVD player, Room fans, Hair dryer. There are patio table & chairs, and 4 Sun Loungers on the roof terrace.
All linen provided. We would appreciate no smoking in the apartment please.
Transfers to and from airport can be arranged, payable locally.
A hire car is recommended but not essential.

Area Description

Mirador De Las Dunas is situated close to the famous sand dunes. The fabulous white sandy beach is ideal for wind sports or just relaxing in the sun. Some of the beaches in Fuerteventura have been described as the nearest you can get to the caribbean without actually going there!
The Baku water park is only about 15 mins walk (and twice weekly market next door) and 20 min walk (or plentiful taxis) to the main tourist area with the bulk of shops, restaurants etc. There are plentiful restaurants and bars for everyones taste, and a supermarket within a short walking distance from the apartment. There is an amazing 9 hole golf course 5 mins walk away; good value with clubs available. We take our family to this area regularly to enjoy the all year round warm climate and safe, friendly atmosphere. There are ferries that run all day every day from Corralejo to Playa Blanca in Lanzarote if you fancy seeing some of that island whilst you are there; Playa Blanca has lots of shops, bars and restaurants all close to the ferry terminal so a car is not necessary for a day trip.
