Property Description

The property also benefits from having a large communal pool within landscaped gardens, situated a 5min. walk from the local beach and 1 mi.n walk from local shops, bars and restaurants.
The accommodation comprises of a lounge/dining room which has two comfortable settees, sat TV and DVD player. Separate toilet. The kitchen comprises of a full oven, ceramic hob, washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave oven, table and chairs. Patio door leads to the very large patio housing a wide selection of garden furniture and sun beds. Upstairs has two bedrooms, one double and the other twin beds fitted wardrobes and ceiling fans, air conditioning, each bedroom has its own balcony. Downstairs leads to a third double bedroom, which has its own en suite shower room, separate room area with double sofa bed and cot and play pen wardrobe. The property has the advantage of air conditioning and safe.
Prices are for 4 people sharing using upstairs two bedrooms, however extra 2-4 people can be accommodated using the downstairs bedroom en-suite and sofa bed at an additional cost of ?75 per week, air conditioning is included at an additional cost of 25 euros per week.

Bed linen, Bath Towels and Hand Towels are provided but not beach towels,(Can be hired) linen changes can be made available via the management company on-site, also cots can available free of charge.

The management company can provide a transport return service to the airport, taxis cost approx 20-25 euros or a bus can used for less then ?2, however that would mean approx 10 min walk from the bus stop. Changeover day is flexible, but Wednesday and Saturday are the most popular flying days. The property is available from 2:00 pm on the day of arrival and should be vacated by 10:00 am on the day of departure. Flexibility with leaving times will be accommodated depending on time of next arrivals.
Booking deposit of ?100 required with balance paid 6 weeks before arrival.Alternatively 50% deposit and the balance on arrival. A ?100 refundable deposit is required at resort returned on departure after inspection by agents.

Area Description

Caleta Del Fuste:Caleta Del Fuste is only 10-15 min. drive from the airport (8 km). The centre of Caleta has a number of excellent restaurants, shops and evening entertainment. The Atlantico shopping centre is located opposite the Golf Resort entrance and hosts bars, restaurants, shops, spar supermarket and a 6 screen cinema along with a bowling alley. Taxis can be hired from outside the centre and are very reasonable the bus stop is also here and free services are offered. The timetable for bus services stands inside the entrance to the centre. To access the beaches when walking you can go through the shopping centre or down any of the roads by the hotels. The beach extends along to Horse Shoe Bay and the harbour of Caleta it is an enjoyable walk. Camel rides are also available. All types of sports activities can be found along the beaches and harbour.
