Property Description

The apartment is situated on the 4th floor of Sunny Day 2, this has stair and lift access. This apartment has air conditioning and consists of 1 very large bedroom containing a kingsize bed a large wardrobe,a set of draws,storage box and a comfy chair. A good size shower with toilet, shower and basin.
The living area contains 2 settees which convert into double beds that are large enough for 2 small children to share or an adult to have one each.
There is also a coffee table and dining table with four chairs.
The Kitchen area has all the normal amenities associated with a self catering apartment including Fridge with small ice box, double hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, crockery, cutlery utensils etc. Bedding and towels are included in the price.
There is a balcony that over looks beautiful mountain views and has a table and chairs where you can sit in the afternoon sun.
In the complex area you have full use of the swimming pool and sunbeds. There is also a friendly bar/restaurant with internet connection,also there are various small shops including a small supermarket with a larger supermarket near by.
The sandy beach with gently shelving waters which is 8 km long is just a five minute walk. On the beach there are many water sports availables such as Paraglyding,jet skiing, water skiing, Banana boats and Pedallos, there are also beach bars/restaurants.
There are lots of excursions to be found around the resort including Khans tent which is a good family night out.
There are 2 Aqua parks which provide free transport.

Area Description

The old quater of Nessebar is situated on the end of a causeway is Bulgaria as it use to be with over the remains of 40 Churches amongst it narrow cobbled streets and old world houses, with history dating back some 2500 years.
There are many shops worth visiting and lots of restaurants that over look the sea back towards Sunny Beach.
Sunny Beach itself has hundreds of restaurants, bars a few night clubs and end to end shopping. There are lots of mini golf courses and other childrens entertainment thoughout the resort.
Transport is available all over the resort from Mini road Trains the local buses and Taxis. The Mini Train and Buses are located with in a 2 minute walk from the apartment.
