Area Description

The villa Siempre is set in the Tramantura conservation area and has many walks for either a gentle stroll or more energetic enthusiasts, and very popular with cyclists. The villa has sea views. The nearest beaches are approx 15 - 20 minutes away by car. Cala Deia which is a 'local' pebble bay with very popular fish restaurant and the beautiful beach at Lluc-Alcari another 5 minutes on just outside deia. Of course there are many more stunning beaches in the North West but more of a day out.
Valldemossa has a supermarket, banks, restaurants and cafes and Deia has some of Mallorca's finest restaurants. Palma has excellent shopping a beautiful cathederal and a number of trendy boutique hotels.
Son Termens Golf Course is approx 15 minutes by car from Valldemossa, it is known for being warm and friendly as well as its excellent conditions and stunning hillside location, all levels of golfers can enjoy its challenge. Its elevated clubhouse is just off the 18th and overlooks the entire course.
