Property Description

Positioned on the hill in Gotmar, this modern newly built terrace house is situated in a gated complex. The property offers satellite TV ( 40" flat screen TV ), Internet connection, DVD, Hi-Fi, X BOX and Wii video games ( 40e/week ), washing machine, large lounge and dining room. Fully equipped kitchen with an outdoor BBQ at the rear. This property is close to the beach and resort centre. The kitchen is fully equipped with all modern appliances. There are 3 large communal swimming pools in the complex. Each pool is on a different level and is available to all residents.
