Christina One is situated on the ground floor and is ideal for families. The two bedrooms are furnished in traditional pine and sleep five
Lying in the heart of Salzburgerland, in the Hohe Tauern National Park, Rauris is a superb dual-season resort offering not only skiing and other winter sports but also hiking, mountain biking, tennis, rafting and paragliding in the summer.

(Bedroom 1 with King sized bed - Sleeps two. Bedroom 2 with a set of bunk beds and a single bed -Sleeps three) there is also a double sofa bed in the living room.

The contemporary-style kitchen is fully equipped with oven, hob, fridge-freezer, microwave and dishwasher. From the open-plan living/dining area doors open onto a terrace overlooking the resort village and mountains.

Underground parking for one car with direct access to the apartment, on site laundry, spa, pool and gym.

Weekly Rental Rates include bedding, linen, towels, end of let cleaning and Tourist Tax. For short breaks then a further 50 Euros will be charged for cleaning.
Daily cleaning and concierge services are also available, if you would like to take advantage of these additional services then please ask for details.

Your reservation will be confirmed on receipt of a deposit equal to 25% of the weekly rental for your chosen rental period.
The balance will be due eight weeks before your chosen rental period.
The reservation deposit, once paid, is not refundable.

If you cancel your reservation after the balance has been paid and between 4 and 8 weeks prior to rental we will refund 50% of the rental rate minus the reservation deposit.

If you cancel between 2 and 4 weeks prior to rental we will refund 25% of the rental rate minus the reservation deposit.

If you cancel less than 2 weeks prior to rental, we regret we will not be able to provide you with any refund.

A security deposit of ?150 in cash will be required when you collect the key to the apartment to cover loss of the key or small amounts of damage.

This will be refunded to you by our Agent when she has inspected our Apartment for minor damage and you have returned the key.
Our Agent will also take a swipe of your credit card as security against any further damage discovered to the Apartment.

Concierge service to assist with ski school bookings, lift passes etc. On-site laundry with two washing machines and a tumble dryer. In the resort grounds there are barbecue areas, external seating and a children's play area. The resident's bar with Sky Sports and Internet access provides the perfect place to relax with a drink or snack at the end of the day. 150m walk from the gondola station. 2 minutes from the pedestrianised village centre, with its great range of shops, bars and restaurants Sorry, no smoking or pets.

Area Description

The village sits at an altitude of 950m and from here a series of gondolas takes you up to the summit at 2175m. The English speaking ski schools in Rauris are some of the best in Europe and with plenty of wide, uncrowded pistes, the resort is perfect for families, beginners and intermediates. Cross-country skiers and hikers are equally well catered for, with 45km of groomed, cross-country piste and 48km of cleared winter hiking trails. For those wanting to venture further afield, some of the largest ski areas in Austria are within a 20-40 minute drive, including the resorts of Bad Gastein, Zell am See, Kaprun and Ski Amade. Rauris offers plenty to do when the snow melts. 295km of hiking paths cut across the mountains and through the Rauriser Urwald, a primal forest dotted with 80 secluded lakes. Cycle trails give access to the Pinzgau Mountain Biking Network, cycle hire is available locally. Why not try your hand a gold panning or join an exciting rafting tour?
