It is the ideal base from which to explore the region and its many attractions from the coast & beaches to the lakes, marshlands, forests, chateaux, churches and museums, along with outside markets. Le Puy du Fou is a fantastic theme park worth a visit, and all are within an hour's drive.
The ferry port at St Malo is about 3 hours away and the airports of La Rochelle & Nantes are an hours drive away.
