Property Description
Le Puit is a 3 bedroomed gite which sleeps 6. It shares the pool and grounds with the farmhouse Maison de Ferme (see seperate listing). Located in the lovely rural village of Le Poire Sur Velluire in the sunny south vendee. Approximately 10 minutes drive from the nearest town of Fonteney Le Comte and 20 minutes from Lucon. It is ideally situated in the Du Marius Nature Reserve.
It has a private full sized swimming pool which is fenced off for security and a large garden.

It is ideally situated in the Du Marius Nature Reserve and easy driving distance (approx 40 minutes drive)to the fabulous West Coast beaches such as La Tranche and Les Sables and beautiful La Rochelle Harbour.
Also available within one hour of Pay Du Fou and Futuroscope.
Local activities include cycling, fishing, horse riding, swimming, boating, canoeing amongst many others.
Local attractions include Pay Du Fou, Futuroscope, Mervent, La Rochelle, the lovely village of Vouvant, Venice Verte etc.
