Property Description

The Davies-Santos family invite you to holiday at L'Ecurie, part of their lovingly restored Gascon farmhouse, set in its own parkland in the picturesque hilltop village of Pouy Roquelaure. Situated between Agen & Condom, is well placed for visiting the many medieval towns and villages of Gascony. For food & wine lovers the Gers is a gastronomic heaven. Make La Bergerie your next holiday spot.

Kitchen Facilities

Well equipped modern kitchen with fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, full size oven with ceramic hob, coffee machine, toaster, microwave oven. All crockery; cutlery and cooking utensils for 6.

Outside

Private terrace with views onto the surrounding countryside. Large park with mature trees and lawns. Fully enclosed 12m x 6m swimming pool with magnificent views. Pool house with honesty bar for drinks and ice creams. On a clear day guests can also see the spectacular mountains of the Pyrenees, only a two hour drive away. Play equipment for children, table tennis, fitness area, bicycles.

Suitability

Suitable for families with young or older children. Outside of the main season we offer B&B, ideal for couples wishing to relax in lovely surroundings and appreciate the peaceful countryside.

Local Activities

Le Clozet, situated between Agen and Condom, is well placed for visiting the many medieval towns and villages of Gascony. Fources is especially worth visiting as it is the only round bastide of the region. For guests with young families or the young at heart there is the Walibi fun park at Agen or the water park at Condom, as well as horse-riding, boating, karting, golf and tennis within easy reach.
