Property Description
La Gringoriere iis situated 1 km from the market town of Carrouges on 13 acres of land with 3 lakes. Facilities include a Dining/Conservatory Room with seating area, grassed Play Area and Games Room. The lakes are stocked with a variety of fish and are also great for playing and swimming.
The ground floor of the Gite 'Marguerite' consists of an open plan lounge with dining and kitchen area. There is a shower room with basin and toilet. Kitchen equipment includes gas cooker, fridge, microwave, toaster etc. There is also a cd/cassette radio provided. On the first floor there are two bedrooms, one twin and one double.
