Property Description

La Gringoriere iis situated 1 km from the market town of Carrouges on 13 acres of land with 3 lakes. Facilities include a Dining/Conservatory Room with seating area, grassed Play Area and Games Room. The lakes are stocked with a variety of fish and are also great for playing and swimming. The largest (around 1.5 acres) has a large shallow area for young children to use.

The Old Farmhouse is the original dwelling dating back to the 18th Century and full of character. Upstairs is a big galleried double bedroom and a small landing leading to a twin bedroom with ensuite bathroom and wc, and a further twin bedroom.

There is also a smaller gite on the site and 4 Bed-and-Breakfast rooms in the main house.
