Property Description

House of holidays in full heart of bay of the MT-St-Michel

Pretty stone-built house recently renovated located at the heart of bay of the MT-St-Michel in Normandy and being able to accomodate from 2 to 7 people, ideally located between Brittany and Normandy. Many visits in the vicinity (St-Malo, Cancale, Dinard, Dinan, Granville, Channel islands...)

Living Area

Cosy and comfortable 28 sq metre-lounge with fire-place, colour TV, and telephone plug.
Upstairs : bathroom with a bath and a wash-basin, wardrobe in the corridor, and two bedrooms (one with a double bed + a single bed, and one with a double bed) A canvas bed for a baby is also available.

Kitchen Facilities

Large kitchen (16sq metres) comprising : double-sink, dish-washer 12 PLACE SETTING, a 4-burner-gas-cooker, Fridge freezer, micro-wave, steam-iron and ironing-table. Larder with a single sink, washing-machine, heater for heating and hot-water.

Our house located 7 miles from le Mont-Saint-Michel in France, not very far from Saint-Malo, on the border deviding Britany from Normandy. It is ideally located for exploring the outstanding natural beauty of the north coast of Brittany : DINARD -CANCALE - DINAN - DOL DE BRETAGNE, of Saint-Michael's mount, the coasts of Normandy, GRANVILLE and the channel Islands, VILLEDIEU LES POELES, ST JEAN LE THOMAS - CAROLLES - JULLOUVILLE outstanding beaches, The D-Day beaches and museums and much more

Detached house with private tree-planted-garden and garage, and on site parking. Garden furniture and barbecue provided.

Local Activities

Also ideal for exploring the local markets, the World War II museums, the American and German cemeteries at ST-JAMES and HUISNES SUR MER Golf courses in GRANVILLE, and DINARD. Horse-riding in AVRANCHES (5 miles) and MOIDREY (5 miles)

HOW TO GET THERE Follow the N 175 towards AVRANCHES - PONTORSON, take exit N° 34 and make for Saint-Michael's mount (exit D 40). After 3/4 mile after Le P'tit Quinquin restaurant, head towards SERVON on your left. Our house is the 4th cottage on the right (with a black forged-iron gate)
