Property Description
A typical Breton two bedroom cottage in a small hamlet set amongst the rolling hills and fields of a farming community. Just 2 km from the village of Locarn with its bar, restaurant, shop, 16th century church and museum and 11 km from the market town of Callac (market day Tuesday).
Close to the centre of Brittany it is an ideal base for touring, cycling and walking being just 1 km from the beauty spots and birdwatchers paradise of Landes de Locarn, forest of Duault and Gorges du Corong.
Many other leisure activities are available in Carhaix Plougher (16 km) and Callac, e.g. fishing, golf, volleyball, tennis, go-karting, cinemas, bars and restaurants.
Beaches are less than an hour away and the ferry port of Roscoff and airport at Brest just over one hours drive. St Malo and Dinard are about 1.5 hours drive.
