Le Citronnier has recently been renovated to the highest standard to sleep 2, whilst retaining many original features. You will find all the modern conveniences in an atmosphere of traditional rustic charm. Located in the pretty village of Simeyrols, a short drive from the fantastic medieval town of Sarlat in the Périgord Noir, it offers an idyllic retreat in close proximity to all the main tourist attractions and activities.

Living Area

The downstairs area is open-plan, with exposed beams and stone walls. It is attractively furnished with sofa bed and a comfortable chair, floor standing lamp, coffee table and TV/DVD player.
The staircase leads up to a large double bedroom, with limed pine chest of drawers and matching bedside cabinets, Victorian washstand and bathroom with large shower, basin and WC.

Kitchen Facilities

The fully fitted hand-painted kitchen, with fridge, dishwasher, hob and fan-assisted oven has ample storage cupboards and is equipped with all crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils. The marble-topped dining table seats 4.

Outside

Le Citronnier has its own terrace, outdoor furniture and steps up to the lawn overlooking the fields. Perfect for watching the sun go down with a glass of wine. The garden is planted with tubs and flower beds.
