Detached country house with private car parking just 16 km from Florence historic centre.
The holiday cottage is about 300 meters far from San Casciano in Val di Pesa village centre. The village has got many shops, banks, restaurants and a public swimming pool, all of them are within walking distance.
The village is part of Chianti area, there are many shops selling local products like Chianti Classico wine.
Inside the holiday house there are some books, magazines and travel guides in English about Florence, Tuscany and Chianti.
We owners live in a next farmhouse and will be glad to help you if you need informations about places to visit, where to eat or things to do. We are able to speak English and French.
Car is not strictly necessary to reach Florence or Siena, although is recommended for visiting other Tuscan cities. Bus stop is 700 metres far and the trip to Florence centre takes about 30 minutes.
Fast Internet access is included.
