Farmhouses villa swimming pool Marche Sibillini

The Estate of Tenuta le Piane, is inside the Sibillini Moutains National Park and offers its guests a holiday surrounded by nature in self-catering apartments within a 16th century hamlet or in charming Villa Cerro, set in beautiful grounds, with private swimming pool.

The apartments are built with local materials (sandstone, brickwork, exposed wooden beam ceilings with terracotta tiles). They have been restored into holiday accommodation with attention to detail to offer an authentic atmosphere, with all the modern facilities.

Villa Il Cerro is close to Le Piane estate. It has been beautifully restored with attention to detail, maintaining the original features of the building. It has spectacular views of the Gran Sasso mountains, and is in the heart of the Sibillini National Park.

Access is by a private road. It has a private fenced garden with it's own private swimming pool (8 by 4 metres), outside furniture and a barbeque.

The property is on three levels and it is ideal for families or large groups, with generous accommodation for eight people. The style of decoration is characteristic of the area, with many interesting pieces of furniture, all combining to create a relaxing setting for a holiday surrounded by nature.

Eight apartments can sleep up to 35 people

Apartments Castagno, Ginepro e Quercia, together form “Piccolo Borgo”. They share a swimming pool

Apartments Ciliegio, Noce, Melo e Pero are in the same building, “La Fattoria”. Ciliegio and Noce are on the ground floor, while two mansardas (Melo e Pero) are on the first floor. Together with apartment Le Terrazze they share a swimming pool.

Both Piccolo Borgo and Fattoria are ideal to be rented by groups who want to share an holiday together in the same place.

Local Activities

There are walking guides in the area available to lead parties on longer walks into the mountains in the Sibillini National Park.



On request, direction organizes excursions amongst the many fascinating destinations:

- a visit to Lake Fiastra

- a hike from Infernaccio/Hermitage of Saint Leonard/Waterfalls of Rio

- a visit to Pilates Lake

- a visit to Mount Sibilla (source of the legend)

- a visit to Mount Vettore (highest peak of the Sibillini's)



In La Tenuta there is a gym-room and bikes are available for free.



For those who love skiing the ski slopes of Sarnano-Sassotetto are just 15km away from Tenuta. There are seven slopes suitable for skiers of all levels, with new lifts.



There is also the chance to practice other sports as: horse-riding, tennis, golf, swim.



Due to its position at the meeting point of the three provinces, Ascoli, Macerata and Fermo, la Tenuta is within easy reach of many centres of artistic and culture interest such as Recanati, Fermo, Tolentino, Ascoli Piceno.
