Property Description

A recently restored stone built farming longere. Where possible original features have been kept in place, the large oak beams, the exposed stone walls. The house is centrally heated for use during the winter. The gite is on the edge of a small farming hamlet where the nearest town is 5 kms away. The heated 12 by 7 metre pool offers a good spot to catch the sun in the large garden. Loire Atlantique is still reckoned to belong to Brittany by the locals and still has a lot of the Breton flavour. The countryside has gentle rolling hills with rivers meandering through the valleys.

Living Area

The large saloon offers comfortable seating for 8, with a log burner. Satellite TV,DVD player and radio. The groundfloor bedroom is a large room with kingsize bed, wardrobe, dressing table and hair dryer. Adjacent is the showerroom and toilet.

La Croisic a pictureque seaside town. Plenty of local venues for children and adults. Loheac - a car museum with hundreds of cars.
