Property Description

The Linhay is a recently completed 2 bedroom semi detached property in the rural community of Redburn. Surrounded by beautiful scenery and wildlife it is a perfect base for walkers, birdwatchers, or those simply seeking peace and tranquility.

Bedrooms: Bedroom 1 has a double bed, bedroom 2 has full-size bunk beds plus a single bed. All with under bed storage space. Travel cot available on request.
Bathrooms: Bathroom has bath and separate shower, hand-basin and WC.
Kitchen: Well equipped, modern kitchen includes electric cooker and hood, washer/dryer, fridge/freezer and microwave.
Living Rooms: Open plan lounge with dining area, includes satellite TV, DVD, CD and tape player, wall-mounted flame-effect fire, and patio doors onto outside decked area.
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service: Linen and towels are included. The property is cleaned and linen/towels changed for each new let.

All electricity and heating is included and there is Wi-Fi broadband access. Children are welcome but the garden is only partially enclosed. Up to two well-behaved pets welcome. There is no smoking inside the property.

Accessibility
The Linhay has been designed for those with limited mobility. All the accommodation is on ground floor level and there are no steps. Cars may be parked adjacent to the front door, from where there is a level paved path to the door.

Outside
On two sides, The Linhay has a large garden area, regularly visited by a variety of wildlife including pine martens, deer and many different birds. A decked area has seating and there is a barbecue. To the front of the property is a large parking area.

25% deposit on booking with the balance to be paid prior to the start of the let. Contact the owner by email or telephone to make a booking or discuss other requirements.

Changeover day
Normally Saturday for 7-day lets, although other days may be available at less busy times of the year. Please contact owner.
