The cottage has all the facilities for a self catering holiday. The downstairs is open plan with a lovely view across the bay, the main area being the lounge diner, with the kitchen to the rear. Also on the ground floor is the shower room with toilet facilities. Upstairs there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed, the other with a single and two bunk beds, ideal for families and adults alike. There is a separate WC at the head of the stairs that includes washing facilities.

We have accommodated five fire-fighters in the past, who were competing in the three peaks challenge, so should be able to accommodate anybody.

There is a lawned garden to the rear where children could let off steam or the bay over the road to explore.
Alternatively adults could use the garden furniture from under the stairs to sit out and relax.

£50 deposit required when booking and the balance, together with a refundable a "good housekeeping deposit" of £100, within four weeks. Should the booking be made within four weeks of the holiday the full rental most be made at the time of booking.

The Scottish Highlands region
A visit to the Highlands of Scotland can take your breath away the first time you come and leave you wanting to return again and again. The weather may be glorious or ominous and still not spoil your holiday, its all part of the sheer rugged beauty of the Highlands. Such a lot has happened here through the centuries you can almost feel it, from nature doing its work to shape the mountains and valleys through to mankind trying to carve out an existence.


The Glencoe / Kentallen area
The Visitors Centre at Glencoe is open seven days a week. The Lochaber district is indeed the Outdoor capital of the UK with Glen Nevis and Ben Nevis (Britain's highest mountain). The Ice Factor at Kinlochleven and the Oban Sea life centre and Sanctuary just north of Oban can be enjoyed by all the family.

Ballachulish has a good Co-op and Post Office, and the Hardware shop can supply fishing rods for hire. There is a new cycle/walk path to Ballachulsh and there are many beautiful walks to explore in the area, please come and take a look for yourself.
