Spacious and bright, the house is perfectly situated on the shores of Loch Leven and it has its own carefully maintained garden with magnificent views of the surrounding lochs and hills.

Very comfortable sitting room with leather reclying 5 piece suite multi fuel stove, Digital colour television, video, DVD player (+ selection of 50 DVDs for children and adults), CD player and radio. Dinnig room seating 6 also has a double bed settee which provides an alternative sleeping option if required.

Kitchen Facilities

Well-fitted spacious, bright, modern kitchen with dinning area. The kitchen is fitted with: electric cooker, fridge, freezer, auto washer dryer, dishwasher, Dyson hoover and microwave.Back door to garden area.

The enclosed well kept garden is equipped with garden furniture including Brinkmann Professional Barbecue. Pets are most welcome at no extra charge. Parking available in drive way or on road outside property.
