The property a former farmhouse is set on gentles slopes descending toward the left bank of the Arno river, at the foot of the medieval village of Laterina, near the ancient Sanctuary of Santa Maria in Valle, the origins of which date back to late Middle ages. The place is surrounded by history and it still maintains its magical atmosphere.

The farmhouse, once upon a time, was part an old estate, where farmers grew tobacco and it has recently acquired the status of historical building.
