Casa Lucia is an old olive press beautifully converted into 8 cottages, set in glorious gardens with a unique swimming pool decorated with mosaics. Each unit varies in size and design, but all are comfortable and retain the old beams, clay tile roofs and thick stone walls which keep them cool in summer, warm in winter. The place is peaceful and relaxing; people of all nationalities and ages return year after year; children are safe and free; groups feel at ease; people on their own are not lonely. No TV (except on request) no telephone (except in reception together with internet); no air conditioning for our own health and the planet's; plenty of books, alternative workshops and therapies, fresh air, green grass, lovely flower scents, books, birdsong, stars at night, the best restaurant 5 minutes walk away - now that's a real holiday.
