Property Description

Character stone cottage in peaceful location within large enchanting gardens. Rural village location, shop and pub within 300 metres. Good central location to explore Exmoor National Park and the spectacular coastline of north Devon.

Living Area

The Farmhouse sleeps six people very comfortably in three bedrooms. The spacious lining room has a stone inglenook fireplace with a log burning stove and there is a separate large panelled dining room. There are three bedrooms upstairs, a double and two twins, and a bathroom and separate shower room (both with WC's).

Kitchen Facilities

The farmhouse kitchen is very well equipped with an oil-fired Rayburn for slow cooking and hot water, a dishwasher, a microwave and coffee maker, and a separate fridge and freezer. There is also a separate laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer and downstairs WC.

Outside

There is a small enclosed south-facing patio to the front of the farmhouse, overlooking a pretty courtyard, and a larger garden area to the north and west. The large surrounding gardens include a wildlife pond and a delightful walk up and around Humphrey's Hill.
