Property Description

This peaceful little oceanfront gem is situated a slow 20 minute drive outside Metropolitan Halifax right along the scenic Lighthouse Route leading to world famous Peggy's Cove (10 minutes away) and yet is about as peaceful and quiet as you can imagine. Sit outside on the oversized back deck in your very own private 6 seater hot tub while overlooking the breath taking views of the Atlantic Ocean. This property is a 2 Bedroom oceanfront home renovated in 2006. Properties in this rural area are at least one acre+ in size which ensures a quiet environment. The cost of all this is slightly less than a standard hotel room. There is nothing 'hotel grade' about this cottage. All towels are soft and luxurious and not white ! The top of the line beds are done beautifully with matching sheets with plush down duvets. 4 x-large pillows per bed - 2 foam and 2 feather, terry cloth robes in each bedroom for lounging around the private outdoor hot tub. The back deck overlooks a stunning vista of the Atlantic Ocean perched high on a hill. This is our house and is completely stocked with everything. There are 2 kayaks to use but only for experienced adults. Visit world famous Peggy's Cove only 15 minutes away as you drive by quaint fishing villages along the way. There's never a shortage of unique places to visit including the Bay of Fundy with the world's highest tides. *******************************************************************

Living Area

Entertainment system which includes CD, DVD, and VHS in surround sound plus 60 cable channels in the over sized living room. Can easily sleep an additional 2 adults using a portable self inflating queen size bed then adding sheets, down comforter(s), and/or extra covers topped off with large feather pillows. We have a few dozen movies you can watch either on DVD or VHS. The fridge has the usual condiments available for your use if cooking. The cupboards also have cooking supplies if you want to cook. Check-in: 3:00 PM. Check-out 11:00 AM. This is an all inclusive price with no extra charges for any of the little extras
