Property Rental Rates

All costs below are on a per week basis unless stated.

Rates for 1201 our Larger than large 59 sqm

One bedroom Suite with 2 balcony's 1 each end is reduced from US$64.00

To only US$59.00 per night - only this month

Includes all charges like **Electric and water, DSL and landline phone

*Discounts for longer stays*

* 5% Discount for 7 nights stay effective rate US$56.05 per night

* 10% Discount for 14 nights stay effective rate US$53.10 per night

* 15% Discount for 21 nightsor more stay effective rate US$50.15 per night

* To make a booking go to the deposit payment button and pay US$100.00

Rates for 2 adult persons ( 2 Children under 12 free)
